Rowley Crossworks for ARM

Rowley CrossWorks for ARM is a complete C/C++ and assembly code development system for Cortex-M, Cortex-A, Cortex-R, ARM7, ARM9, ARM11, and XScale microcontrollers. Rowley CrossWorks for ARM includes the CrossStudio Integrated Development Environment, which takes care of edit, build, download, and debug over a SWG (Serial Wire Debug) or JTAG (Joint Test Action Group) interface. It also includes C, C++, and Assembler toolchain from the GNU Compiler Collection; the CrossWorks C Library, and the Rowley non-GPL and non-LGPL C runtime library that has been designed from the ground up for embedded processor applications. Lastly the CrossWorks Tasking Library, known as CTL, a royalty-free tasking library that provides a multi-priority, pre-emptive, task switching, and synchronization facility, and can also provide timer and interrupt handling support, is included
