MagI3C-VDRM Variable Step Down Regulator Module ¨C The VDRM family are step-down or ¡°buck¡± regulators that contain the control circuitry, power MOSFETs, the output inductor and several discrete resistors and capacitors within a molded package and metal substrate. VDRM series of the MagI3C power modules family comprise a fully-integrated current mode DC/DC power supply with both the switching power stage, control circuitry and passive all in one package. These devices also feature built-in compensation circuitry and a soft-start feature for a smooth, safe power up. The VDRM¡¯s are available in 3 package sizes: TO263-7EP, BQFN-39 and BQFN-41.
