Qorvo QPA9419 High Linearity 0.5W Power Amplifier

Qorvo QPA9419 High Linearity 0.5W Power Amplifier provides 30dB gain over the 1930-1990MHz frequency range. This surface mount power amplifier with on-chip bias control and temperature compensation circuits is suitable for small cell applications. The QPA9419 small-cell power amplifier can achieve -48dBc ACLR at +27dBm output power using a 20MHz LTE signal. Three integrated high-performance amplifier stages along with few external components help to achieve compact system design. The QPA9419 small-cell power amplifier is available in a lead-free/RoHS-compliant 7mm x 7mm surface mount package.
