Melexis MLX91210 Integrated Current Sensor IC

Melexis MLX91210 Integrated Current Sensor IC senses the current flowing through the leadframe of the SOIC package. The current conductor exhibits low power dissipation (0.7 - 0.8m¦¸). The sensor uses a fixed current conductor position with respect to the monolithic CMOS sensor to obtain a fully integrated, factory calibrated, Hall-effect current sensor. Running off a 5V supply, MLX91210 ICs have current sensitivity levels down to 26.7mV/A and support linear current measurement ranges that span as far as ¡À75A corresponding to 30Arms current.
