MikroElektronika MIKROE-2438 mikromedia 7 for STM32F7 is a compact high-quality multimedia development platform for the STMicroelectronics STM32F746ZG microcontroller. The STM32F746ZG is based on a 32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M7 STM32F746ZG 144-pin microcontroller. The MIKROE-2438 comes with a 7" TFT touchscreen and a lot of multimedia peripherals. The increased screen size is ideal for displaying larger amounts of data.

The MIKROE-2438 has the STMicroelectronics SPWF01SA Wi-Fi module with an integrated antenna. The module implements 802.11b/g standards and features an embedded full featured TCP/IP stack.

Integrated modules include an accelerometer, microSD card slot, buzzer, IR receiver, RGB LED diode, PIN photodiode, temperature sensor, 2.4GHz RF, Wi-Fi, Ethernet and CAN transceivers, 8 Mbit flash memory, RTC battery and Li-Polymer battery charger. The board has a MINI-B USB connector, power screw terminals, 2x5 JTAG connector, two 1x26 connection pads and ON/OFF switch. 

The MIKROE-2438 is ready to work out of the box with USB HID bootloader. The board can be programmed with external programmers like mikroProg™ for STM32 or ST-LINK programmer. mikromedia 7 for STM32 ARM is fully supported by mikroC, mikroBasic and mikroPascal compilers for ARM. Compilers come with dozens of examples that demonstrate every feature of the board. Create fantastic colorful graphical user interfaces (GUI) for mikromedia in VisualTFT software.
