MikroElektronika mikromedia Plus for FT90X is a smart multimedia development board with a large 4.3" TFT touchscreen. The mikromedia Plus carries a powerful FTDI FT900 device and allows additional onboard modules to be added. This makes the mikromedia Plus for FT90X perfect for projects and multimedia applications. An FTDI FT810 onboard graphic controller is also on board.

Integrated modules include a stereo MP3 codec, accelerometer, microSD card slot, buzzer and IR receiver. Also included are an RGB LED diode, PIN photodiode, temperature sensor, 2.4GHz RF transceiver, Ethernet transceiver, 8Mbit flash memory, Li-Polymer battery charger and more. The board has a MINI-B USB connector, power screw terminals, 2x5 mikroProg™ connector, two 1x26 connection pads and ON/OFF switch.   

The MIKROE-2385 is ready to work out of the box with USB HID bootloader. The board can be programmed with the external programmer mikroProg™ for FT900. mikromedia PLUS for FT900 is fully supported by mikroC, mikroBasic and mikroPascal compilers for FT90x. Compilers come with dozens of examples that demonstrate every feature of the board. Create fantastic colorful graphical user interfaces (GUI) for mikromedia in VisualTFT software.
