Diodes' PAM8100 is a stereo, high-performance, pop-free line driver designed for 3 Vrms and 2 Vrms audio systems

Image of Diodes PAM8100 3 VRMS Line Driver with Adjustable Gain Diodes' PAM8100 is a stereo line driver capable of driving a 2.5 kΩ load with 3 V_RMS from a 5 V supply, or 2 V_RMS from a 3.3 V supply. Designed with pop-free architecture and cap-free technology, the PAM8100 eliminates the need for any output DC-blocking capacitors making it a high-performance but low-cost solution. The PAM8100 features an integrated mute function and the gain can be adjusted over the range of ±1 V/V to ±10 V/V with an external resistor. Pop-free undervoltage shutdown is set internally or can be set using external resistors to eliminate pop noise from any system failure. It is packaged in the industry-standard TSSOP-14.
