MPD's great connectivity of BK-915 makes it particularly suitable for applications where a reliable connection is paramount. Weighing in at just 0.6 grams, it offers a lighter weight than competing designs and that is just the beginning of its benefits. The lithium battery retainer has one SMD lead and two pc or locating pins. It is made of nickel-plated phosphor bronze and offers a large pressure contact that is optimized to keep a tight connection with the battery. Shock and vibration resistance per EIA-364 assures designers of trouble-free use in typical applications. The battery is easily changed due to the intuitive design.
